Baseball fans! Case Design has a special Flash-Back-Friday for you!
Now that the season is in full swing, we wanted to give you another glimpse into this Washington Nationals themed bathroom created by Case Design/Remodeling. Maryland natives and avid Nats fans embarked on a complete remodel with the logo and stadium included. The end result was filled with DC style and “Natitude.” If you question whether a small bathroom can make a huge impact, think of this space.
The Case team, including Craftsman Keith Parks, Project Manager Loren Sanders and Director of Project Development TJ Monahan, found one of the biggest challenges to be the different thicknesses of the floor tiles, which include green glass tile to resemble grass, a tile shaped like home plate in front of the vanity, and rectangular-framed tiles that form batters’ boxes. A custom Go Nats shower curtain opens to reveal the curly W logo and stadium tiles in the shower. The owners purchased bats at Nats Park, including a bat that Danny Espinosa broke during a game, to adorn one wall.
