We transformed this basic brick home into a low-maintenance siding and stone masterpiece. We freshened the house’s look by creating columns, adding and enlarging the windows, and building a second story addition on the left half of the house. The remodeled home is dramatically more modern and spacious looking.
The backyard and porch of this Arlington home were once cluttered with hanging plants and surrounded by a thick brick wall. By adding a 2-story addition which included a sitting/sun room on the 1st floor and a master suite on the 2nd floor, and by replacing the siding and shutters, we drastically improved the overall look and feel of the home and yard. We added a whole extra level to this stately white home. Once a humble traditional ranch, this exterior now looks regal with its built-in columns and pointed window gables.
