The Opportunity
Our client wanted to re-design their first and second level, and add a bathroom. They also wanted us to build a two story addition and re-face the front exterior. Our client wanted to maintain the historic charm, while adding functional space to their new home.
The Outcome
Everything was a challenge in this home from 1890. We had severely uneven floors and walls, with limited access to the crawl/attic space. We needed to keep historic considerations, while modernizing the front of her home. We used unique color combinations, while replacing old materials with originals. Their home now has exposed brick, a new master suite, black stainless appliances, custom tile in the master, built-ins, and a painted fireplace. In the end, we were able to make this historic townhouse into a spacious home.
