Interior Remodel Process

Depending on the size of your particular project, you will follow a simple and streamlined process. Because no two remodels are the same, it's important to make sure everything is understood and accounted for, before the project begins. This will ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible during construction and you end up with a project that exceeds your expectations.

Phase 1: Free Consultation

• Visit with you in your home to learn about your project goals, ideas, wants and needs.
• Look at the areas of your home that you are considering for your project to begin brainstorming ideas with you.
• Tour other areas of your home to gain a better understanding of your style and taste to ensure consistency with the new remodel.
• Learn a little more about Case in terms of who we are, what we do, and how we do it to help determine if we are right for you.
• Discuss next steps and what to expect should you decide to proceed with us.

Phase 2: Planning Agreement

• Document the existing house
• Draw existing space plan
• Explore design and budget options
• Design and selections meeting with your designer
• Refine the design and scope of work
• On-site review/walk-through
• Material selections
• Develop drawings
• Draw up comprehensive contract

Phase 3: Construction

• Ordering and procurement of materials
• Pre-construction meeting
• Weekly meeting with project manager
• Project management
• Final walk-through
• Warranty coverage – 5-year warranty on Case labor (see your contract for details)

Depending on the scope of work for your particular project, you may require a two-step or a four-step process. Your project designer will advise on the best process for you.
