11-point "Case Fit" Qualification Process
All Case team members go through an 11-point "Case Fit" qualification process when joining the organization. This is to help ensure consistency with your experience when working with Case no matter the size of your project or the scope of work.
- Drug Test – All employees are required to take a standard drug test so you can feel comfortable letting our team in your home.
- Background Check – A background check is performed on all employees to further ensure a level of comfort.
- Citizenship – U.S. citizenship is mandatory for all employees so that important information can be verified.
- Insured – Case maintains insurance for all employees on the job so the client would not be responsible for any injuries due to accidents.
- Case Culture – All employees are required to attend Case Culture Training which allows for consistency in the in-home experience for our clients.
- Orientation – The first several days of employment is a standard orientation that all employees go through to learn Case processes and systems.
- Apprenticeship – our apprenticeship program allows for on-the-job training to mold and nurture future designers and craftsmen.
- 90-Day Probation Period – All employees go through a probation period to ensure that they are a good fit with the Case team and with our clients.
- Safety Training – Regular safety trainings allow our employees to stay up-to-date on the latest safety practices to make sure they are consistently followed on the job.
- Lead Paint Containment Training – Every Case employee adheres to the lead paint containment practices administered by the EPA for the safety of our clients as well as our team members and their families.
- Annual Performance Review – An annual review allows us to give feedback on performance and maintain a high standard of service.
