About Me
Steve Scholl has devoted his entire career to the residential remodeling industry with over 20 years in business for himself before joining Case Design/Remodeling in April of 2003. Steve has held management, training and project designer roles in his tenure at Case and has been successful at each position.
As a project designer Steve is able to put his varied life and work experience to good use to the benefit of his many happy clients. Steve's consultative approach to his work is always mindful of the importance of open and clear communication in regards to a client’s needs, adherence to a budget and the marriage of form and function.
Steve is a member of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) and has earned the CKBR (Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler), CR (Certified Remodeler by NARI) as well as GAC (Green Advantage Certified) designations. Two years ago Steve received his CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) designation from the National Home Builders Association. To better understand his client’s concerns regarding their renovation projects as they relate to return on investment, Steve obtained his Virginia Realtors license in 2010. Steve firmly believes that a commitment to education in his industry is a value to both his clients and colleagues.
