What, me worry?Alfred E. Newman
I am a graduate of the School of Architecture at the University of Maryland (go Terps!) and live in Montgomery County, MD with my wife and daughter. I have been with Case for more than 20 years. During this time I have worked on many, many projects with a great group of clients. I also regularly speak at the national Remodeling Show and have been in most of the local publications (W. Post, W. Examiner, etc.) and several national magazines.
But it's not about me; it's about helping you turn that idea in your mind into a project. But it is more than a project, it's your home. We will never lose sight of that fact. Our entire process is built around the idea of helping you make good decisions and making our clients experience the best it can be.
Remodeling can be stressful and intimidating but it doesn't have to be. You may only get to do this once in your life – it should be fun! Together we will develop a project that meets your goals and is consistent with your budget expectations. Sure there can be surprises along the way but that is why you work with an expert. A Designer that is surrounded by the best team in the industry with a knowledge base that is second to none. That's why you work with Case.
Particularly we were pleased with the thoughtfulness, skill and attention to detail displayed by Bill Millholland who designed and oversaw the whole project, even going beyond what technically had been expected of him.HE, Bethesda, MD
I would like to take a moment to formally thank you for the terrific design job you completed for our residence. I can honestly say that from start to finish, the work was professional, competent, and executed with courtesy, consideration and due diligence.LP, Washington DC
I was very anxious about the prospect of gutting our house and remodeling it, but Case has made the process a pleasure. Bill Millholland worked with us on every details and was never phased by the many changes we made to the original drawings.TC, McLean, VA
The primary reason we chose Case over several years of your competitors was our comfort with your designer Bill Millholland. He listened to what we wanted, came over and saw what was feasible, factored in our cost constraints and gave us several options that reflected his understanding of what we wanted to accomplish with the project. Throughout the project we turned to Bill for guidance and assistance and he always helped move the process along. He listens, he figures out the most appropriate option and tries to ensure his plan is implemented. We truly appreciate his talents as an architect as well as his "people skills".ST, Bethesda, MD
