Since graduating from Radford University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, kitchen and bath design has been Colleen's passion. She worked for a tile company for several months after graduating from college and then decided she wanted to expand her creativity into the residential remodeling industry so joined Case in 2005. Since becoming a part of the Case team, she has earned her CKBR (Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler) designation from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).
Colleen has always been a people person and enjoyed meeting and learning about people. She's come to love the process that we take clients through - from getting to know them individually and understanding their wants and needs in their home, to discovering design solutions that meet their expectations, and then transforming their home into a space that fits their lifestyle both functionally and aesthetically.
Colleen is married to her best friend and co-worker, Neil Shaut. They have a baby boy and two miniature Australian Shepherds.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Washington and is an allied member of ASID. She has been in the residential design industry for six years. The majority of her experience is in bathrooms and kitchens. She has also worked on additions and has expertise in accessible design. She believes that before design there is a passion; an ability to look at a space, raw or developed, and see what it could be. She truly enjoys what she does and loves working with clients to create a space that they are excited to call their own.
Outside of her professional world, Samantha loves spending time with her husband, Jason, and their baby girl, Chloe. They enjoy cooking, traveling and playing with their 2 dogs. They also spend a lot of time remodeling their own home.
