Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. the largest full-service remodeler in the country is seeking a licensed architect to work in our Bethesda office. The ideal candidate is a driven and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of successful residential remodeling projects. We expect the chosen candidate to be fluent in residential building codes and construction techniques. You must also possess a genuine desire to help the client achieve the project they desire while being respectful of their budget requirements.

To qualify, you will bring a minimum of 5 years of residential remodeling experience along with a documented history of successful results and happy clients. Registration in MD, DC and VA is preferred and CAD expertise (especially Vectorworks) is a requirement. The position does entail both design development and the creation of construction documents.
